1. Rattlesnake Lake in North Bend, Washington

Have a need to plan your adventure wedding within the USA?  Rattlesnake Lake is a pristine lake just a stone’s throw away from Rattlesnake Ledge in North Bend, Washington. The lake is surrounded by gorgeous views of the Evergreen-covered mountains but is still accessible if you have less mobile guests attending your wedding. You can opt to go straight to the lake or trek up to the ledge itself.

 

2. Maroon Bells in Aspen, Colorado

The Maroon Bells in Aspen may be one of the most photographed places in Colorado, but for good reason.  Often a draw are the two snow-capped mountains (Maroon Peka and North Maroon Peak) surround a reflective lake, offering a beautiful panoramic view. An easy 1-mile hike through the White River National Forest reveals blissful wildflower fields (when in season) on your way to the lake. There are also less adventurous options if you’re guests are not on the super active side.  And then the two of you can sneak away afterwards to adventure together for hiking wedding photos!

 

3. Great Smokey Mountains in Asheville, North Carolina 

Great Smoky Mountain National Park is America’s most visited national park, but that doesn’t mean you can find hidden spots to conduct your adventure wedding. This mountain range covers 800 square miles of territory with multiple hideaways where you can still catch a view. The mountains are known for the fogs that wind around their peaks and canyons.
